To strengthen this office in the Kapellen region, we are looking for a junior file manager. You can expect the following tasks within your future role:

As a junior file manager at this accounting firm, you will gradually be given responsibility for your own files from start to finish. This includes a wide range of tasks, such as processing various invoices, preparing VAT returns and both personal and corporate income tax returns. In time, you will also be able to grow into drawing up annual accounts and finalising balance sheets. Of course, you do all this step by step and at the right pace.

The diversity of clients and associated files makes for an exciting and varied working environment. You will work with both sole traders and partnerships, and in different sectors. This creates a challenging environment in which you can further develop your skills as a file manager. Moreover, it offers the chance to gain insight into various industries, which will enhance your expertise.

To fill this role of Junior File Manager, we are looking for the person who recognises themselves in the following:

• You obtained a bachelor or graduate degree in a relevant field of study e.g. accountancy-tax.
• You have a healthy interest in all things accounting.
• You are someone who has an eye for detail and is always meticulous.
• You know how to express yourself fluently in Dutch, knowledge of another language is a nice plus.
• You are fluent in new software programmes's.
• You are looking for an environment that offers opportunities to grow further in your role.

We are currently looking for an additional junior accountant for an accounting firm in the Kapellen region. In addition to the office in Kapellen, they have a second branch in the province of Antwerp. In this way, you will be joining a medium-sized office of around 30 employees.
