Our client is currently urgently looking for accounting talent!
Their hobbyhorse is the balance between the business and private lives of their employees.
For all positions, it is therefore not possible to work from home or to make use of flexible working hours.
Employees are not supposed to take their work home with them. Therefore, overtime is virtually non-existent here.

Another asset that our client can present is the complete training programme that they offer.
When you start, you are immersed in the wonderful world of a fiduciary.
They like to invest in their employees and set aside €500 per person per year for external training.

All positions are permanent with the possibility to discuss an immediate permanent contract.
You work 39 hours a week, each time from 8.30 am to 5 pm with a half-hour lunch break.
This means that you accrue 6 extra paid catch-up rest days on an annual basis.
Because you work in a B2B environment, you will have to work little to no overtime, although you will still be responsible for meeting any deadlines.

Junior Accountant

File manager

Manager Accounting
- the full salary package is negotiable depending on the profile

Payroll Consultant
- salary range between €2500 and €3000 gross per month

Function

As a junior accountant you will work in a team of at least 2 other colleagues. You support the file manager and office manager (manager accountant) in their management of their client portfolio.
There are no restrictions on the range of tasks you can perform here. You will be involved in a full training programme where you will be introduced to all steps in the accounting process.

What tasks will you be able to perform, among others?
- You contact customers to request information/documents.
- you prepare tax returns
- you prepare annual accounts
- Booking of purchase and sales invoices
- booking of cash and bank commitments
- VAT declaration
- year-end balance sheet
- annual accounts
- Declaration of personal and corporate income tax
- monthly and quarterly reports

Final responsibility for the various customer files is taken by the file manager and/or office manager.
