What will I be responsible for?

  • Being on top of new legislation

You actively follow any new laws that could impact our products and clients, in all markets

  • Ensure the smooth & accurate flow of information

In close contact with R&D, (After) Sales, Production & Product Management, you will be the central knowledge hub

  • Prepare & monitor all proper documentation

Building your in depth expertise by analysing scientific data, you apply it in assessments, audits, safety sheets & labelling

A global reach, with multiple specialised plants & service centres, the Ghent production plant is responsible for producing close to 50 different types of detergents, disinfectants, pharmaceuticals & biocides used in conjunction with hi-tech farming equipment.

Since the Ghent plant produces formulations for clients worldwide, their 4-headed Regulatory Affairs Team is on the lookout for a new colleague to grow their team!


Sounds great! What do I bring to the table?

  • A life sciences or legal background with an interest or specialisation in Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Health or related, we're open to surprises!
  • Ideally, some formal experience in Regulatory Affairs, compliance, quality or related.
  • A natural preference to work accurately and with a patience to collaborate with governmental departments.
  • Should you have some knowledge on different standards when it comes to chemicals & pharmaceuticals used throughout Europe, that would be great!
  • A positive, social spirit, to work closely together with your team, but you have no problem with handling difficult assignments all on your own as well.
  • An openness to make our workflow, processes and tools your own and a keen eye that can spot and formulate improvements.
  • Pretty good knowlegde of English and Dutch, for external & internal communication respectively, every additional EU-language is very valuable.
