As part of the continued growth of the organisation and the roll-out of a new ERP (MS Dynamics NAV) platform, our client is looking for an additional IT support employee, to provide first line support and installation of ERP hardware in the shops.

For the vacancy as IT Support Engineer, these are your tasks:

  • You help with the roll-out of the ERP package (software and hardware).
  • You are responsible for the first-line support to the users of the new ERP package.
  • You document all questions and solutions in order to draw up an FAQ.
  • You ensure the dispatch of tickets to external partners when necessary.
  • You can carry out internal processes meticulously.
  • You monitor the operation and the system and, where necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate party.
