IT Support Engineer

For this position, our client offers the following salary package:

As an IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of VoIP installations, remote desktop environments, Office 365, networks, firewalls,...
When you install the applications at the customer's premises, the aim is to inform the customer thoroughly and to share your experiences in the form of user training so that the customer can make optimal use of his IT services.

Our client in Zaventem specialises in VoIP and Cloud Telephony.
They offer their services mainly to SMEs located in Flanders.

• Do you already have experience as an IT Support/IT System Engineer?
• Do you speak fluent Dutch and have a thorough knowledge of English?
• Do you have a good knowledge of VoIP, data networks, Office 365, routers, etc.?
• Perseverance, a sense of responsibility and a positive attitude characterise you as a person?
