IT Support Engineer

For this position, our client offers a gross monthly salary depending on your knowledge and experience, supplemented by extra-legal benefits.

• You help the employees who report a problem further
• You follow up the availability and peformance of the systems and intervene in case of problems. You also work out solutions for issues, bugs, ...
• You manage the entire client park
• You take care of the preventive maintenance of the IT systems
• You configure the backup systems and monitor the backups
• You test and implement upgrades and updates.
• You prepare technical documentation, procedures and manuals
• You work out proposals for improvements and renewals in the ICT offer
• You provide technical support to colleagues and work on various projects
• You direct technical activities of external parties

Our client is an insurance broker in the field of insurance packages for the social profit sector. Based on their experience and in-depth market knowledge, they ensure that their clients are assisted in a professional manner in their search for suitable insurance solutions. The target area covers the entire social profit market where they are particularly strongly positioned in the education and care sectors.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud and/or AWS cloud is a plus
