IT Support Engineer

• You handle open tickets and involve the supporting departments or partners in order to reach a solution.
• Remote maintenance and expansion of the current application components.
• Maintaining contacts with customers and suppliers.
• Troubleshooting communication problems between different applications & networks.
• You work proactively to continuously improve the quality of service.

• You have a background in IT, network management or electronics;
• You have a broad knowledge, interest and enthusiasm for everything related to IT;
• With your analytical skills, you enjoy solving technical problems;
• You have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 2012/2016/2019, Active Directory and Exchange), Office 365, Networking (TCP/IP), Linux OS and SQL databases;
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and French and you have knowledge of English;
• You are stress resistant and able to set priorities.
