The IT Manager takes care of the variation of the IT strategy within the company.
This vacancy involves a varied range of tasks. The IT Manager: 

• Ensures that the IT strategy for the entity is set up;
• Applies the group IT policy (refer to the policy document);
• Managing IT operations for it-entity;
• Management of local IT security;
• Management of incidents and evolutions of infrastructure (e.g. Servers, Network, PC, Telephony,...);
• Management of incidents and access rights for all local applications (e.g. ERP, ...);
• Centralising, qualifying and prioritising requests according to business needs;
• Management of evolution requirements (development, test, implementation) for all local applications (e.g. ERP,...);
• Weekly reporting of activities to the central IT department;
• Anticipates and plans incoming projects;
• Management of local projects for his area;
• Contributes to and participates in global application implementation projects (ERP, CRM,...);
• Managing IT staff and subcontractors for the IT entity;
• Managing internal IT human resources;
• Management of local subcontractors;
• Controlling the costs and budget of subcontractors;
• Manage IT budget for it entity;
• Local budget management: hardware and software;
• Monthly report to his manager and to the Group IT Director.

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of sustainable wall, ceiling and floor coverings for in and around the house.

For the vacancy of IT Manager we would like to see the following profile:

• 5 years' experience in IT;
• 2 in IT Management at least;
• At least one experience of ERP (full implementation);
• Knowledge in ERP in terms of business modules (Finance, Distribution, Production, Purchasing);
• ERP of institutions and developments such as Microsoft, Oracle or SAP;
• Development language: .NET, JAVA;
• Bilingual - Dutch / English
