Internal employee insurance

As Internal Insurance Officer, your main responsibility is to ensure high customer satisfaction and follow up on repair costs. Your duties include:

• Assisting customers in the claims handling process;
• You will be in close contact with insurance brokers, experts and repair companies;
• Follow-up of claims files;
• Processing invoices;
• Financial analysis of claims files.

As an Internal Insurance Officer, you are/have:

• Minimum A2 diploma;
• Knowledge or experience in similar position;
• Punctual, precise and accurate;
• Strong administrative and communication skills;
• You can express yourself in Dutch and French;
• Very customer-focused;
• You think in solutions and are a strong team player.
