As an Interior Construction Project Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various interior projects, from concept to completion. You work closely with the design team, the production department and subcontractors to ensure that projects are realised within the set timelines and budgets. You are the hub of the project and act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate interior design projects from the concept phase to completion.
• Establish and monitor project schedules, budgets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with designers, architects and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Problem-solving thinking and anticipating potential bottlenecks in projects.

Profile:

• At least a completed degree, preferably in architecture, interior architecture or a related field or relevant work experience.
• Demonstrable experience as a project manager in the interior design industry.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Stress-resistance and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software is a plus.
