For the vacancy of Interior Designer, you will develop the interior concept; this includes the following tasks:

• You organise the site meetings
• Do the necessary follow-up of your projects 
• You will be responsible for the provisional and final delivery 
• You take care of the drawing work 
• Drawing up of specifications 
• You are responsible for the tendering process up to and including awarding the contract to the contractor.

Our client is an architectural office located in Roeselare, Ghent and Brussels. The office is one of the larger offices in Belgium that specialise in the public market, such as hospitals or the renovation of a prison. 
In addition, they also have projects on the private market, such as homes and commercial buildings. Because of the different offices, there is a warm and accessible atmosphere that can be found in an SME. Yet you enjoy the structure that a large organisation can offer you. 

As the Brussels office is growing, the agency is looking for an experienced interior architect.
This establishment is located in a nice neighbourhood where there are several restaurants and terraces.
The office has a nice 80's atmosphere with lots of light and open spaces. Moreover, the office has an underground parking and there is a metro stop at 5 minutes walking distance. 

To carry out the job of Interior Designer, you have these skills:

• Do you hold a master's degree in interior design or a master's degree in architecture?
• Do you have extensive knowledge through your work experience 
• A passion for interior design
• Do you have the necessary knowledge of Autocad and Sketchup, Office applications
• Can work with 3D packages, Revit, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of public procurement legislation is an asset.
• Command of the Dutch language; knowledge of French and/or English is an asset.
