As a Claims Clerk, you will be responsible for assessing, processing and handling claims from our policyholders. You will play a crucial role in the customer satisfaction process by assisting policyholders and ensuring that claims are handled according to policy conditions and legal requirements.


  • Review claims to verify validity and coverage.
  • Collect all relevant information, including witness statements and damage reports.
  • Coordinate damage inspections as required.
  • Calculating the financial extent of damages and determining benefits.
  • Effective communication with policyholders, brokers and stakeholders.
  • Handling disputes and seeking solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, to resolve complex claims.
  • Compliance with legal regulations and company guidelines.
  • Generate reports on claims statistics and performance.
