As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the commercial inside sales department.

You will be in direct contact with customers and answer questions about orders and deliveries.

Telephone prospecting with the aim of expanding the customer portfolio.

Managing agendas of Key Account Managers, preparing and sending quotes.

Function as a central point of contact for customers and other divisions within the organisation.

Establish a strong administrative framework and ensure smooth administrative workflow.

Strive for optimal and quality customer service and satisfaction.

Reporting to the Sales Manager.

Preferably, you have at least a Bachelor's degree and show interest in or have experience in the construction industry.

You have several years of relevant work experience, for example in a commercial role, such as an inside sales function or within a customer service department.

You are well organised, flexible and can work both independently and as part of a team.

You have strong communication skills and are focused on customer satisfaction.

Your enthusiasm for your work, energy and drive are infectious.

You have extensive computer skills.

Knowledge of French is a plus.
