An employee testifies: "Here, you get the chance to participate in the evolution of the company. We work here in an atmosphere of willingness, responsibility, dynamism and trust. It is pleasant to be able to remain yourself and give your best." Despite the size of this company, you will still find yourself in a family-style working environment where the different teams are highly collaborative and work very closely together to provide excellent service. Once a year, the whole company comes together for a big staff party which they aptly call 'the fiesta'. The different departments together sometimes organise an after-work drink, team-building activity or go for lunch together at noon. A new employee's first day is highlighted, birthdays and holidays are celebrated... And to further encourage togetherness across the different branches, there is a magazine and podcast.
