• At least a bachelor's degree in structural engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience as a site manager in residential construction.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Experience with ERP is a plus.
