You do market research on pricing, new developments within the sector and customer needs. You will negotiate service contracts with customers. You will maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders. You will manage a team of 10 people and together with the Sales Manager, you will also shape the company organisationally.
This company is part of a multinational with a wide range of applications. The office in Antwerp is specialised in sales and maintenance of maritime cranes. Currently, they have 13 people in the office.
We are looking for someone at Bachelor's level with technical knowledge who has experience in a similar position. Especially managerial and commercial experience is a must. You are also willing to travel within the Benelux and Germany, for which you need a driving licence. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. You like to work independently but also like to work together with your colleagues towards a common goal. You have a VCA VOL or you are prepared to obtain this in the short term.
