Functional Analyst

What will your duties look like in the functional analyst position?

• You will work in different domains such as the Swop platform, Candidate tools such as CV creator, soft skills assessments, candidate portal,..., where you will analyse the necessary processes and flows and translate them into needs.

• You will be in close contact with product owners and internal stakeholders to gain a better understanding of requirements and processes.

• Together with your colleagues from the development team, you translate these requirements into a solution which is then, of course, also implemented in line with the UI/UX design.

• During the development phase, you are a member of the scrum team and feed them with your functional input. You also assist the QA colleagues by critically testing the delivered (sub)product for functional requirements.

• After the go-live, you review and analyse end-user feedback/questions and bugs.

• You are responsible for correct documentation, both of the requirements and the correct use of the tools.

Who are you?

• You have a Master's degree or equivalent through experience in project management
• Experience within project management is a must
• You have a generalist knowledge and like to keep the helicopter view
• Working independently is not a problem for you
