First Line IT Support Engineer

• You are the first point of contact for ICT-related issues (printer or screen not working, unable to log in, etc.) for all employees
• You receive the incoming problem reports and questions and are able to assess them
• You are responsible for the installation and configuration of new PCs, tablets and smartphones
• You replace the back-up tapes daily
• You keep the stock of the PCs, tablets, smartphones, etc. 

The company is a leading supplier of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) products. They offer total solutions for HVAC projects to professional installers and engineering firms. Their product range includes a full range of grilles, fans, air conditioning and heat pumps.

• You have a degree (Graduate or Bachelor) in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, a good knowledge of French and English
• You have a general knowledge of ICT systems
• You have knowledge of networks
• You have a good basic ICT knowledge and are able to dispatch complicated problems to the appropriate colleague with the necessary skills.
• You can function in a team but with the necessary independence
• You are customer-oriented and have good communication skills
• You can think analytically and have a flexible attitude
