Financial Controller

As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting financial data to provide insight into business performance. You play a crucial role in the budgeting process, financial reporting and providing strategic support to the management team.

• Preparation and analysis of periodic financial reports
• Monitoring budgets and performing variance analysis
• Development of financial models and cost calculations
• Assist with year-end closing
• Advise and proactively make recommendations to improve financial processes and systems

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller with the following qualifications:

• A completed Master's degree in a financial discipline
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position (preferably in production environment)
• Experience with financial software, preferably Business Central
• Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of financial processes
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good command of the Dutch and French languages
• Open and sociable attitude, with a hands-on mentality
