As an insurance file manager, you and your colleagues are responsible for unburdening the firm's private clients. In doing so, you will take full responsibility for the files from A to Z and ensure that everything is taken care of down to the last detail.

Your duties will include:

  • Following up files from A to Z, ensuring correct administrative processing.
  • Advising your own portfolio of clients, supporting them in a professional and customer-oriented manner. You give advice both physically, by phone and via email.
  • Providing administrative support to the Account Manager, assisting with quotation preparation and other administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks, being able to switch quickly and be flexible.

You will be responsible for everything like production, fire, and other aspects that come into play for private clients. This keeps your job varied and challenging.
