For our client, located in Brasschaat, we are looking for a 'File Manager Accounting'.

Your range of duties within finance is as follows:

• You will be responsible for a number of branches of which you will take care of all the accounting. Directors of the various branches will also see you as their first point of contact.
• You will enter financial transactions, take charge of periodic closures and audit preparation.
• You handle the calculations and bookings of commissions across branches.
• You manage liquidity and plan for it.
• You will support the implementation of financial administrative tasks and new processes within your branches.
• You will report to the Accounting Manager through which you will also work closely with other departments within the group.

Do you recognise yourself in the following profile we are looking for to take on the role of File Manager Accounting?

• You hold a Bachelor of Business Management: Accountancy-Taxation or you are equivalent through experience.
• You have some initial work experience within accounting.
• You are no stranger to the MS Office package where Excel holds no secrets for you.
• You are a team player but can also work independently.
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused are things that characterise you.
• You achieve deadlines by being flexible.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
• You have a good knowledge of Belgian accounting legislation.
• Your knowledge of corporate tax, VAT and annual accounts is a plus.
