Field Service Engineer

For the Benelux region, our recruitment office is currently looking for a Field Service Engineer with specialisation in Grains & Food. In this role, you will act as ambassador and expert of our client's machines. Your responsibilities include:

• Install, dismantle and maintain machine parts for the "Grains & Food" business unit (flour and cereals sector).
• Assemble and disassemble components in compliance with applicable maintenance and safety procedures.
• Special focus on rollers in different machines.
• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Taking training courses and conducting small training sessions.
• Developing yourself as an expert on specific machines.
• Proactive and constructive thinking with customers to optimise workshops and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

• In possession of a Bachelor's degree in (electro)mechanics or a TSO degree in (electro)mechanics.
• Relevant work experience is a plus.
• A good overall technical understanding.
• Experience in replacing bearings and gears.
• Basic knowledge of electrical sensors and PLC.
• In possession of a driving licence B.
• Good knowledge of English.
