Fault Handler Automation

As a fault technician automation, the following tasks are your responsibility:

You analyse and solve electrical and mechanical failures.

You optimise automated production plants in terms of production output, quality and technical reliability.

You perform preventive and corrective/curative maintenance tasks for electrical and mechanical installations.

You identify, repair or replace defective systems or components of industrial installations in accordance with regulations, machine specifications, documentation, etc.

You provide training and support to colleagues, and of course you in turn receive the necessary training and support.

You will be closely involved in the introduction of new installations, processes and new car models.

You work in a team with fellow technicians.

The ideal breakdown technician:

Has a technical degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree in energy technology, electromechanical-automation... or 7th year industrial maintenance, electrical installation techniques, measurement and control techniques.

Shows an interest in electricity, automation, PLCs.

Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Has experience with automated production lines.

Has knowledge of PLC-controlled machines.

Shows the will to grow, to continuously expand his/her knowledge and to keep up with the latest technological developments.

Is willing to work in a 2-shift system, fixed night shift or weekend shift.
