The Insurance Expert proactively manages a portfolio of investor clients from the EBC using the various digital tools (telephone, email, chat, video conferencing) :

• You are the expert Protect (BOAR and Life non-financial insurance) and also the 1st salesperson for all the private insurance needs of the investor clients and for the private insurance needs of the clients of the Ondernemersbank and for the colleagues of the EBC site Hasselt.
• You profile yourself as a "broker", you increase the equipping degree of the customers and thus contribute to the realisation of the individual and collective goals.
• You guard the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• You stimulate and develop the reflex protect for the whole of the Priority & Private Banking advisors.

As an external partner, we take care of the orientation for BNP Paribas Fortis. During a (digital) conversation, we then look at which offices correspond with your expectations and/or specialisation.

We are currently looking for colleagues to further facilitate and shape this service in Hasselt.

What do they stand for?

From the Easy banking centre, their staff provide the same service and expertise as in the local branches, both in banking and in insurance. Many customers are assisted and advised daily by video conference, telephone, e-mail, ...

• You are commercially minded, and can provide advice in a professional and positive manner with the aim of strengthening the long-term relationship with the client
• You are an expert in the field of insurance
• You are fascinated by the digital world.
• You have commercial banking or insurance experience and possess or are acquiring approval under the Cauwenberghs Act.
• You have a basic knowledge of the products in the other bank areas.
• You know and use the digital tools and promote them to the customers.
• You work exclusively via video conference, telephone and mail.
• You have the strong expertise to be a solid and competent long-term sparring partner for the customers.
• You are change-oriented: understand the bank's strategy and are able to communicate it in a positive and understandable way to its customers.
• Working in an experimental environment does not scare you.
• You are a team player, assertive and have a sense of initiative.
