Your future job

• You advise the Personal- and Private banking clients and Entrepreneurial banking clients for their private insurance needs
• To this end, you will work closely with your colleagues from Personal & Private banking EBC and from Entrepreneurs' bank EBC, with whom you will help to further develop the insurance reflex.
• You increase the degree of empowerment of BOAR & Life customers both in width (cross-sell) and depth (upsell). You also contact customers who still have insurance with our bank.
• You ensure service quality and customer satisfaction by transforming an insurance application into a unique customer experience
• Together with your colleagues of the expert line Insurance, you are the main contact for the other colleagues of the Antwerp site regarding insurance, and you help them to realise more complex files.
• You work exclusively with the customers via video conference, telephone and mail.

As an external partner, we take care of the orientation for BNP Paribas Fortis. During a (digital) conversation, we then look at which offices correspond with your expectations and/or specialisation.

Good news, because the Easy banking centre (EBC) of BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for a new colleague to take on the role of Insurance Expert at its Antwerp Centre site.

From the EBC, their staff provide the same service as in the local branches, both in banking and in insurance. Thousands of customers are assisted and advised by them every day by phone, e-mail, chat, etc. Since the financial world never stands still and their customers want us to be available "almost" all the time, the EBC is open on weekdays and Saturdays with long opening hours.
