EPB reporter

Salary for a junior is between €2000 and €2500 gross with meal vouchers.

Company cars are available for customer visits.

The job has a lot of variation with both desk work and on-site work at the customer's site (measurements). You will not only be doing administrative work, but also drawing work.

You follow the entire construction process:

• preliminary sketch
• phase of construction itself with modifications
• official declaration to the Flemish Energy Agency on the basis of all official documents (invoices and photos)

Drawings:

• Create volume model in Sketchup + a kind of AutoCAD programme

You have regular contact with many different people: architects, builders, contractors. You will always discuss the file with them.

Our client, a family-run SME, is active as an engineering office specialising in safety coordination, EPB reporting, private sewerage inspection, EPC certification, site surveys, air tightness measurement, ventilation reporting and stability studies.

There is a very good atmosphere where respect is an important word.

Preferably a Bachelor's degree in electromechanics/energy technology/... or architecture.

Experience with drawing programme Sketchup and/or AutoCAD
