Energy audits project manager

In the role of Project Leader Energy Audits, you will provide clients with expert advice on energy efficiency and sustainability, with an emphasis on non-residential buildings.

Tasks:

• Conducting energy audits for offices, hospitals, residential care centres, etc.
• Assess and report on architectural, installation and energy conditions on site
• Conduct measurement campaigns, dynamic simulations and ventilation audits
• Elaborate savings and improvement measures and calculate payback periods
• Preparation of EPC certificates for non-residential buildings
• Preparing energy balances and audits for energy-intensive companies according to VEKA guidelines
• Following up files from start to completion; you are the point of contact

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
• You have knowledge and experience in the field of sustainability of buildings and installations
• Experience in preparing energy audits for non-residential buildings is a plus
• You are looking for a varied job where you regularly visit customers

• You will work Monday to Friday in a 40-hour week
• Ability to start your working day between 8am and 10am and end between 4pm and 7pm
• Ability to work from home up to two days a week
