As a Recovery Officer, you will have the following tasks:

• Management and follow-up of files with payment arrears;
• Thinking along with customers and looking for solutions;
• Follow up of legal procedures;
• A link between different parties such as lawyers, notaries, bailiffs,...

Our client is a Belgian financial institution, specialised in savings and credit. They operate in a real niche sector and have more than 60 years of experience on the counter.

In recent years, they have experienced very nice growth and therefore continue to invest in their greatest value, staff.

They are therefore looking for a new colleague for their Team Recovey.

As a Recovery Employee you have/are:

• Bachelor of Law Practice or equivalent through experience;
• Knowledge of insolvency procedures is a big plus;
• Team player with a great sense of responsibility;
• Stress resistant, correct and assertive;
• You have 'a thick skin';
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and French.
