Project Manager Electricity

As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the realisation of large and medium-sized government projects. You play a crucial role in complete project management and are the lynchpin between various parties involved. You ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed time, budget and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Project management: Managing and coordinating the execution of electrical works on government projects.
• Point of contact: Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, including the implementation team, designers, suppliers and clients.
• Project follow-up: Managing projects from A to Z, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Progress statements: Prepare and check progress statements to monitor and report project progress. The sites are located in Eastern Flanders. Limburg, Flemish Brabant (not beyond Brussels) and Kempen (not beyond Antwerp).
• Financial management: Managing the financial aspects of the projects, including budget monitoring and cost management.
• Delivery: Ensuring the timely and correct delivery of projects, including final inspection and any aftercare.
• Quality control: Ensuring the quality and safety of the works carried out through regular supervision.

• You have a technical education.
• You have initial work experience within electricity.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, problem-solving ability and a proactive working attitude.
• You have a driving licence B
• You speak good Dutch and basic English.
