For the property department, our client is looking for an additional employee.

Some of your tasks:

• You are responsible for your assigned files. You help the customer with questions by telephone and via e-mail and in this way ensure optimal service.
• You manage the administration of the insurance policies within the niche property.
• You ensure the correct handling of files within the legal deadlines/deadlines.
• You ensure timely and professional internal and external communication about the individual cases.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or a Master's degree in an economic field.
• Experience is a plus but certainly not a must.
• You are administratively strong and attach great value to good customer contact.
• You speak and write good Dutch.
