What should you do?

• Leadership: As Lead Developer, you will take the lead in an agile development team of 5 and work on exciting projects that help our business achieve their goals.
• Technical expertise: You are the technical expert within the team and contribute to solving technical problems
• Collaboration: The IT development lead works closely with stakeholders, such as IT PO, other dev leads, product manager and business, to understand project requirements and ensure development meets expectations.
• Quality: Together with the test engineer in your team, you ensure that quality objectives are met.
• Team development: Through technical coaching, you will support team members.
• Technological innovation: You are aware of the latest technological developments and contribute to technical innovation within the team and the organisation.

As development lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and developing new functionalities in our software.
Your team consists of 6 people and you are responsible for the timely delivery of quality, performant and tested code/functionalities.

• You have a bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through competences acquired elsewhere.
• You have all-round development knowledge (such as dotNet, JS, VueJS,...)
• You communicate fluently and clearly in Dutch and English
• You already have initial experience as a develoment lead
• Deep technical knowledge and a passion for innovation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to inspire a team.
• Experience in multi-tech architecture, object-oriented programming, UML, test-driven development, design patterns
• You highly value service and customer-friendliness
