For their infrastructure department, our client is looking for a design engineer in the Ostend region.

What will your responsibilities be?

• You will design and lay out the public domain.
• As infrastructure design engineer, you will be responsible for drawing up environmental permits.
• You will think along about technically feasible solutions, for both the upper and lower levels.
• As a design draughtsman for infrastructure, you will work with a team of engineers, landscape architects and design draughtsmen.

Our client is an engineering consultancy in the Ostend region that is active in infrastructure and architectural studies.

Their specialities are above-ground works such as the construction of subdivisions, sports and industrial estates and roadways.

You can also go there for underground activities such as designing sewer systems.

In addition to the infrastructure department, they also have their own architects' department for residential construction, commercial premises, urbanisation and utility construction.

What infrastructure design engineer profile are we looking for?

• You have a technical education, bachelor applied architecture, HBO5 architectural draftsman, master industrial sciences: construction.
• School leavers are also eligible.

• As a design draughtsman for infrastructure, you are precise and have strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of BIM is an asset.
• As design engineer infrastructure you are fluent in MS Office, Autocad, Civil 3D.
