Customs declarant

As customs declarant, you have the following qualities: - You have had a Customs training or are equivalent through experience - You work from the Ghent and/or Zelzate office - You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, all other languages are an additional asset - Knowledge of incoterms and commercial documents - Knowledge of preparation of customs clearance and clearance of goods - You are a flexible and accurate person

As a customs declarant, you will join a team of 10 pre-eminent specialists where you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Preparing, following up or verifying the invoicing of transit or customs activities (payment of suppliers, customs duties, declaration of exchanges of goods, etc.). - Preparing and checking documents for international goods traffic (customs invoice, unique administrative declaration, letter of credit, etc.) - Collecting goods transport documents - Compiling a dossier of the activity (transit, customs, etc.) - Fulfilling the administrative formalities for a transport service (transport document), air waybill (air transport), BL (sea transport), CMR (road transport), CIM (rail transport, etc.)
