In the role of Customer Support Officer, helping and advising customers is key.
Your responsibility is to provide technical and functional support to customers in terms of hardware and software, trackers, tags and sensors.
You immerse yourself daily in the content and technical specifications of the platform, building a thorough knowledge.

What will be your responsibilities?

• You are a smiling lifesaver
• You will be the first to speak to customers and try to act as appropriately as possible and solve hardware and software problems.
• You register daily tickets in the ticket system and handle existing tickets. You do primary analysis of reported queries/faults and if necessary, you escalate them further to other colleagues.
• You don't let your customers down and keep in touch until the problem is fixed.
• Document the solutions provided in an FAQ and, like a true ghostbuster, report recurring problems so that they are eliminated once and for all.
