Credit Controller

As Credit Controller you have the following tasks:

• Handling queries correctly, by phone and email;
• Going over the various dunning procedures using the credit management tool;
• Follow up on outstanding receivables, liaise with debtors and arrange payment arrangements;
• Sorting out and following up disputes around invoicing;
• Function as a contact person for the collection agency;
• Collaborate on improvements to the accounts receivable process.

Our client is an international company active in 4 European countries. With more than 60 years of experience in their business, they are an active player in the financial transactions market.

To strengthen their Credit Control team, they are looking for a colleague.

As a Credit Controller you are/will be:

• Minimum of a secondary education diploma;
• Knowledge, background or feeling with the financial sector or compliance is a big plus;
• Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook, knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV is a plus;
• Communicative, empathetic and sufficiently assertive;
• You like to think in solutions;
• You can work independently but are also a team player;
• Eager to learn and curious;
• Fluent in Dutch and you have a good knowledge of French.
