Credit Counsellor

As a Credit Advisor, you play a key role in assisting customers with their credit applications and financial choices. You will be the point of contact for customers and offer them solutions that suit their situation.

What will you do?

• Customised advice: Guide and advise customers on their credit applications, such as mortgages and personal loans.
• Financial analyses: Assessing creditworthiness and risks, and preparing clear financing proposals.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Working together: Working closely with your colleagues to ensure the best solutions for customers.
• Results-oriented work: Actively contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives.

• You have relevant experience as a credit advisor and in-depth knowledge of credit products.
• You work independently, are solution-oriented and pick things up quickly.
• You are commercially minded and have strong communication skills.
• You function well within a team and have a flexible attitude.
