To cope with the trends in the HR market, our client continuously invests in new software systems to make its life even easier. So too for post-payroll processes.

As a payroll - cost reporting consultant, you will join a medium-sized team of 10 to 14 colleagues with a certain seniority. There will therefore be no lack of support at the start. To this end, you will travel to the head office in Antwerp several times a week. After the training course, you will continue to work in Antwerp twice a week, together with the team.

In consultation with the client, this team takes care of the automatic processing of payroll calculations in the accounts. Detailed customised financial reports are designed containing all desired information (e.g. cost types, cost centres, other HR information...).

As advisor payroll accounting, you will make the translation between payroll and accounting reporting for your regular client portfolio. You will be the first point of contact, so to speak, for questions, challenges...

Specifically :

  • You ensure timely delivery of financial reports to clients.
  • You deliver the necessary documents according to the client's agreements.
  • If there are any changes to these arrangements, enter them in the software systems.
  • You will integrate new files into the software.
  • You have regular contacts with the customer during these processes to further strengthen the long-term relationship.
  • You spot opportunities during these contacts that can further optimise services.
