Construction Manager

• You are responsible for the organisation of the site
• You will carry out on-site projects, usually in existing buildings, specifically for building services
• You implement guidelines from the prevention advisor and the contractors on the site
• You are responsible for drawing up the planning, in consultation with the contractors in question.
• You guarantee safety on the site
• You assist project managers and contractors
• You are responsible for site documentation, risk analysis and site follow-up
• You have a hands-on mentality, but it is not the intention to work on the construction site every day.
• You report to the product director
• You are open to a diverse range of tasks

Today, our client is one of the leading architecture and engineering firms in planning and supplying technical building installations for laboratories and production sites in the High-Tech and Life Science industries.

• Preferably you have previous experience with an installer or contractor
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an advantage
• You are an organiser, quick to act and able to take decisions quickly
• You have a broad knowledge of technology, preferably in HVAC but this is not a must
