So what can you expect from this position as Commercial Talent Bank?

You will be immersed in the world of the bank during a six-month course to get to know it in all its aspects and areas of expertise. This path will help you to start working at the end of this period as Individual Customer Advisor, Professional Advisor, Investment Advisor, Insurance Advisor or Home Loans Advisor.

The following will all be part of this track:

A basic training of about 2 months in the Easy Banking Centre and office.

An internship within the following branches:

• 3 weeks as Advisor Individual clients
• 3 weeks as Advisor Invest
• 3 weeks as an Insurance Advisor
• 3 weeks as a Home Loans Advisor
• 3 weeks as an Advisor Professional clients

You will complete these internships in different offices, so you will get to know different working environments.

At the end of the course, an orientation interview will determine which of the five positions in the office network best suits your interests.

After about three years, you can take further steps within the bank. Think of a job in management or a position at the head office. On the other hand, you can also grow towards a more in-depth expertise in investment, credit or insurance.

• You have a non-financial master's degree and want to take your career a turn in finance.
• You have up to a three-year working experience in another commercial sector.
