Banking and insurance clerk

As an All-round Bank Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent service on day-to-day banking matters. You will start in a broad role where you will be introduced to all facets of the bank. After an induction period, our client offers you the opportunity to specialise in investments, loans or insurance.

Operations:

• Speaking to customers in a friendly and professional manner, both at the counter and over the phone.
• Answering customer queries and advising on various banking products and services.
• Execute cash transactions and payment orders.
• Keeping customer data up to date.
• Processing bank documents and agreements.
• Support colleagues's within the various domains.

• You have a degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, business administration or a similar field. Experience is a plus, but certainly not a must.
• You have a customer-oriented attitude and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• You can convey financial information to customers in a clear and understandable way.
• You are able to analyse and interpret financial data.
• You are comfortable using digital tools and online banking services.
