Our client is offering the CAO Analyst an immediate permanent contract for full-time employment of 39 hours per week. You can make use of sliding hours and choose whether to work hybrid or at home. For this position, it is a must to be present at the Antwerp office together with the team once or twice a week.

You are entitled to the 20 statutory leave days, 12 paid adv days and 3 CLA days annually. These can be planned freely by mutual agreement with the team. For every 5 years of employment, you may also add 1 seniority day here.

• A gross monthly salary depending on relevant experience.

You will also not be short of internal training. The most experienced colleagues will teach you the tricks of the trade so that you can gradually grow in your position. Lifelong learning is a requirement here!

After completing some personality and reasoning tests, you will be introduced to our client. The first exploratory interview takes place digitally via Teams in 90% of cases. If positive, a second on-site interview will follow as soon as possible. Good vibes between both parties? Then a contract proposal follows.

Within this position of CLA Analyst, you will take great pleasure in diving into some 2,000 collective bargaining agreements spread across various joint committees.

You will study and analyse these in depth. You will compile your findings in a report and you will also code them so that a colleague expert can process them in the internal database. This way, colleagues and clients can easily find their way around this highly complex legal matter.

These new collective bargaining agreements cover e.g. wage allowances, payment of overtime, working hours, time credit, probationary periods, notice periods, pension...

For this position, we are really looking for an analytical, accurate and disciplined CLA Analyst.

• Someone who can quickly process legally defined, legally complex texts and does so accurately.
• Someone with the necessary sense of responsibility and stress resistance, as there are periodically busy periods when work has to be done on deadline.
• Someone with a good knack for languages as the CLA texts may be written in both Dutch and French.
• Finally, we are looking for a CLA Analyst who has a legal aptitude (degree/experience). This is a must for our client.
