For this vacancy in Wilrijk, we are looking for a calculator construction with experience.

What does your job as a calculator look like?

• Calculating the necessary materials on the basis of the plans.
• Calculating the number of working hours required based on technique and materials.
• You draw up quotations and deliver them to the customer.
• You also negotiate prices and offers with external parties.
• You follow up projects in their entirety.
• You are also responsible for the subsequent calculation so that the invoicing proceeds correctly.

Our client is a construction company located in Wilrijk, a company passed on from father to son and today already in the hands of the third generation.

For a construction company in the Antwerp region, we are looking for a calculator to strengthen the team.

As a calculator, this is your profile:

• Experience is a plus but certainly not a requirement.
• You have an affinity with the construction industry and possibly with roofs.
• Preferably you have a Bachelor degree in Construction.
• You are not afraid to negotiate about prices; you have sufficient commercial feeling.
• You are strong in mathematics, the exact science of it gives you satisfaction.
• You work very accurately, making the right calculations down to the last decimal point.
• You can work fluently with existing calculation programmes such as Excell.
• You come just before the day to receive the customers professionally.
• You speak Dutch fluently, other languages are a plus but not a requirement.
