Calculator

As a Calculator, you will focus on the core of our industrial renovation projects. You play a crucial role in the financial success and feasibility of projects in four specialised branches: Roofs, Poured Floors, Concrete and Total Renovation. You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and price proposals, working closely with site managers and operations manager to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Preparation of cost calculations and financing plans.
• Analysing construction drawings and specifications.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Cost control and budget monitoring throughout the project.
• Work with the project team to develop effective cost strategies.

They are looking for a Calculator with a passion for renovation and construction. Both experienced professionals and driven juniors are welcome to apply. You will have:

• Technical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Affinity with the four specialisations: roofing, screed, concrete and total renovation.
• Excellent communication skills for customer contact and collaboration with partners.
• Skill in preparing measurement statements and selecting subcontractors.
• Flexibility to work on long-term projects and be present on construction sites when required.
