As a calculator you are responsible for:

• the estimation of our residential construction projects from the structural phase to the final finishing.
• the analysis of the situation at hand in function of the plans, performs costing based on the internal guidelines and requests quotes from subcontractors and suppliers accordingly.
• examining the files in great detail, reviewing them in the light of possible optimisations and checking whether the measurement records are complete.
• Drawing up contracts with our subcontractors and reviewing progress in consultation with your colleagues accordingly.

As a calculator, you preferably have the following profile:

• You have a higher technical degree of professional bachelor or master engineer in your pocket or equivalent through experience.
• You have strong construction-technical insight, are analytically strong and have a mathematical mind. It goes without saying that you can work in a very concentrated, precise and orderly manner and that deadlines are no problem for you.
• You adopt a very flexible attitude and know how to handle last-minute information with ease.
