Function

Are you the Purchaser with initial work experience or a recent graduate in electromechanics, construction, economics, logistics, supply chain, commercial sciences, etc.? And do you fancy a broad and fun challenge at a super dynamic SME in Beerse, then read on! 

You will be responsible for the procurement process from A to Z. You hold a key position within the execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • You communicate and make arrangements with suppliers.
  • You place orders with suppliers as per the agreements.
  • You will be responsible for stock monitoring and an annual inventory.
  • You keep records of product data and prices in the Logikal system.
  • You will produce a monthly closure for management.
  • You benchmark the prices of key suppliers and make a proposal for improvement.
  • As the person responsible for the purchasing process, you make, implement and follow up on improvement proposals.

Place in the organisation:

  • You will report to the Operations Manager and be part of the Execution team.
  • You have a strong link with the commercial managers regarding sales offers.
  • You regularly consult with the project managers, the production manager and the warehouse manager.
  • You report the necessary data to management, accounting and human resources.
