As an Enterprise Non-Life Relationship Manager, you will be the point of contact for customers and responsible for the complete follow-up of their insurance files. Your main tasks include:


  • File management: You will manage companies' insurance files, from quotation request to policy creation and updates.
  • Customer contact: Alongside the Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for customer queries and offer them support with your expertise.
  • Communications: You tailor your communication to the needs and wishes of the customer, through the right channels.
  • Negotiation: You maintain daily contact with insurers and use your negotiating skills to achieve the best solutions for customers.
  • Accuracy: You are punctual in your follow-up and deliver high-quality work.


Profile

Our client is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented colleague with the following attributes:


  • You have relevant experience in insurance.
  • You are analytically strong, have an eye for detail and are good at keeping an overview.
  • You possess commercial and communication skills and value customer focus.
  • You work smoothly with Microsoft Office; experience with Brio is a plus.
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree or are PCP-certified.
  • Curiosity is your second nature: even if you do not yet master all aspects of business insurance, you are willing to delve further into it.
