Function

  • As a BDM, you are the ambassador to the various government departments
  • You will build excellent relationships and develop sustainable customer-oriented solutions
  • You are aware of and closely follow market trends within your assigned customer group
  • Networking and prospecting are in your genes
  • In consultation with the relevant product manager, you work out the appropriate solution that provides a unique answer to the customer's need
  • An inside sales representative supports you in preparing your files but the final responsibility lies with yourself
  • Your technical knowledge enables you to autonomously present projects to your clients
  • You will report to the sales manager

Profile

  • Looking back on several years of relevant work experience in selling technical products is definitely an asset
  • Ideally, you have a higher education in a technical field and are fascinated by Sales & Service Management
  • Knowledge of public procurement legislation is an important asset
  • You have a solid dose of charisma and an authentic charisma that ensures you know how to bring your interlocutors into your story
  • You are communicative, eager to learn and solution-oriented
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and French
  • MS-office has no secrets for you
  • You maintain your network on a daily basis and find your way in unexplored territory like no one else
