Function

Your responsibilities will include:

- Negotiating and finalising contracts with land and property owners

- Ensuring smooth project progress from start-up to obtaining all necessary permits

- Monitor projects, manage budgets and risks, and adjust strategies as needed

- Effective communication with key stakeholders to create optimal project support and feasibility

- Representing the company to local and regional authorities, the general public and trade associations

- Working autonomously and taking responsibility for the results of your team and region

Profile

Who are you?

- Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar, or equivalent experience

- At least 4 years' experience in project management within the renewable energy sector with a proven track record

- Expertise in prospecting, project planning, risk management, resource management and communication with stakeholders

- Excellent strategic planning and organisational skills

- Experience with project management software and tools

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally

- Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - High degree of flexibility and resilience in a dynamic working environment

- Strong financial skills and budget management experience

- Fluent in Dutch and English and/or French
