Function

As a Business Consultant your duties will include the following:

  • You will be involved in every phase of the project, from pre-sales to delivery
  • You manage a team of business consultants and analysts
  • You perform a functional analysis at the customer and translate the needs into functional requirements and an RFQ
  • You propose solutions and draw up the ecosystem
  • You translate the needs of the customer to external service providers
  • You coordinate the development of interfaces between tools
  • Project Management: drawing up project plans and following up the projects (drawing up timing, budgeting, roadmap, etc.)
  • Organising demos for the customer
  • Application implementations
  • Training and education of key users at the customer

Profile

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in ICT and/or economics
  • You have at least 5 years of experience with the implementation of accounting and ERP systems (Exact Online Accounting and ERP, Microsoft Dynamics,...)
  • Pre-sales experience is an asset
  • Experience in building interfaces between applications (API connectors, XML,...) is an asset.
  • Some financial/accountancy background is an asset
  • Helping customers grow is your passion
  • You are creative, but with an eye for detail
  • You are continuously monitoring new developments and technologies
  • You can manage and coach a team
  • You are a good communicator to colleagues and customers
  • Customer friendliness & discretion are self-evident for you.
