For the vacancy of BIM coordinator in Ternat, we are looking for someone who can set up and monitor the BIM model. As BIM coordinator you are part of the project preparation team. The following tasks belong to your responsibilities:

• You model and check the execution plans and 3D models;
• You check the BIM model for consistency, identify inconsistencies (clash detection) and look for improvements and optimisations;
• You generate data from models and make a link between the planning and the BIM model;
• You work closely with colleagues from various departments (calculation, procurement and execution) and support the construction teams involved in setting up the BIM process;
• You are the point of contact for all internal questions about BIM and you take on the challenge of creating support for BIM with the team.

• Bachelor or Master in a building science degree or equivalent through experience;
• You can look back on a first relevant work experience;
• BIM, Revit and Autocad hold no secrets for you;
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of English and/or French is an asset;
• You are a real team player but are also perfectly capable of carrying out design assignments independently.
